How to Return an Item

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, labels, and packaging.

Starting the Return Process

  • Email us at contact@nirmaltaste.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • An RMA number is required before sending the product back.

Sending Back Your Item

  • After receiving your RMA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Ship it to:

  • Return shipping charges will be covered by us or reimbursed to you.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

  • Kindly include photos of the product for faster resolution.

  • After verification, a replacement will be delivered within 3–5 business days.
